  2. Requires: fleet configured

    Configure your fleet first

A Dispatcher literally cannot pick your truck or driver in an order until they exist here. No fleet = no work assigned to you.

  3. Add your drivers

Drivers must exist in your fleet roster to be assignable to orders and to receive work. You manage drivers from the same Fleet & Assets page where you manage trucks and trailers — navigate to Manage Assets in the top navigation.

  4. Accept subscription requests

Approving a Dispatcher's request connects them to your now-configured fleet, enabling them to assign your trucks and drivers to orders.

  5. Manage assigned orders

Once orders are created by Dispatchers, you can set the delivery status to any stage — including putting one back if it was set by mistake — and set driver payment on the trip edit form.

  6. Mark the driver paid and read your report

The order's Financial tab shows whether you have been paid — Carrier Payment reads Paid once the admin or dispatcher records it — and only you can tick Paid beside Driver Payment once you have paid your driver. Neither depends on the delivery reading, or on the other.

  7. Monitor your fleet schedule

My Schedule shows every load assigned to your fleet in a calendar view — useful for spotting which trucks are busy on which days and planning driver assignments.
