Overview

eTrucky's billing covers two separate concerns: platform subscriptions (access fees paid via Stripe) and payment reports (informational summaries of what each party earns per order). Both are accessible from the Billing section in your dashboard.

Platform subscriptions

Dispatchers and Carriers pay a platform subscription fee to use eTrucky. Subscriptions are managed in the Billing section and processed securely via Stripe. You can view your current plan, update your payment method, and see your billing history here.

Payment reports for Dispatchers

Dispatchers can generate payment reports once an order reaches ReadyToPay status. A payment report shows the Bill Amount (broker invoice), Dispatcher Payment, Carrier Payment, and Admin Payment for each order in the reporting period. Reports can be exported as PDF for accounting purposes.

Payment reports for Carriers

Carriers can view their Carrier Payment and driver payment breakdown for each completed order. Access the Billing section, filter by date range, and export the report. Your Carrier Payment is the agreed amount set when the order was created; driver payment is set by the Carrier per order in the order edit form.

The Admin billing gate

Admins control two critical billing milestones. First, the Admin must confirm delivery (Delivered → WaitingRC) before the billing process can begin. Second, after the Carrier confirms the rate (WaitingRC → ReadyToPay), the Admin finalizes payment by advancing the order to Paid. No payment report is finalized until the Admin takes these steps.
