Overview

Deliveries in eTrucky progress through a series of statuses: Scheduled → PickingUp → Transit → Delivered. Each status represents a real milestone in the freight journey. Carriers and Drivers can advance the status at the appropriate time. This keeps everyone — from your team to the people who assigned the load — informed in real time.

Your assigned loads

When a new load is assigned to you, it appears in your dashboard with Scheduled status. Review the pickup location, delivery address, scheduled date, and any notes left by the dispatcher. All the details you need to execute the delivery are here.

Advancing status step by step

Open the order and use the status advance button to move it forward. Scheduled → PickingUp: when you depart for the pickup location (Dispatcher, Carrier, or Driver can do this). PickingUp → Transit: once the freight is loaded and the truck is rolling (Dispatcher, Carrier, or Driver). Transit → Delivered: when you complete the delivery — only the Driver can make this transition. Each status change is timestamped and visible to all parties on the order.

Correcting a status (one step back)

If you advance a status by accident, you can step back one stage: PickingUp → Scheduled, Transit → PickingUp, or Delivered → Transit. You can only go back one step at a time — skipping is not allowed. Corrections are not available once the Admin confirms delivery (after Delivered). Contact your Dispatcher if you need to go back further.

Adding notes

Use the Notes field on the order to communicate issues — a delayed pickup, an access problem at the delivery address, or additional instructions from the receiver. Notes are visible to all parties on the order and are saved with a timestamp.
