View all your upcoming pickups, deliveries, and completed loads in one place using the My Schedule calendar.

1 Open My Schedule

Click "My Schedule" in the top navigation bar. The calendar opens on the current month in month view. Your upcoming pickups and deliveries appear as colored event pills on their scheduled dates.

Overview

My Schedule is your calendar view of all orders. It shows upcoming pickups, delivery stops, and completed loads as color-coded events on a monthly grid or a chronological agenda list. Every role sees only the orders that belong to them — there is nothing to configure. Open My Schedule from the top navigation bar.

Event types and colors

Three event types appear on the calendar. Pick Up (blue): orders in Scheduled or PickingUp status — the event sits on the pickup date. Delivery (green): the next upcoming delivery stop for an active order — the event sits on the scheduled arrival date for that stop. Completed (purple): orders in Delivered, WaitingRC, ReadyToPay, or Paid status — a single purple event on the delivery completion date (or the scheduled date if no completion timestamp exists). For multi-stop orders each delivery location creates its own green event, labeled with the stop city.

Month view

The default view shows a full calendar month. Each day cell displays up to three events; when more exist a count badge appears. On desktop, click the badge to expand the day inline and see all events. On mobile, tap any day cell to open a bottom sheet with the full list for that day. Use the left and right arrow buttons at the top to page between months.

Agenda view

Switch to Agenda view using the view toggle at the top of the calendar. Agenda lists every event in the current month in chronological order, with the day of the week, date, order reference, and event type. This is useful for a quick scan of what is coming up without scrolling the grid.

Opening an order from the calendar

Click or tap any event pill to open the order detail dialog. The dialog shows the full order information — pickup location, delivery stops, assigned driver and truck, and current status. You cannot advance the order status from the calendar dialog; use your dashboard order list for status changes.

Route to My Schedule by role

Dispatcher: /dispatcher/calendar. Carrier: /carrier/calendar. Driver: /driver/calendar. Admin: /admin/calendar. All routes are accessible from the My Schedule item in the top navigation bar.
