My Network for Carriers

Manage incoming Dispatcher subscription requests, grant or revoke asset-management access, and pause or resume connections.

DispatcherCarrierAdmin

1 Respond to incoming requests

Pending requests appear as Needs Approval. Accept (check_circle) connects the Dispatcher to your fleet. Reject (cancel) declines the request.

Respond to incoming requests

When a Dispatcher requests a connection, it appears under Pending Requests as Needs Approval. Use Accept (check_circle icon) or Reject (cancel icon). Accepting connects them to your fleet so they can assign your trucks and drivers to orders.

Grant or revoke asset management — your lever

On an Active Dispatcher subscription, a slide toggle appears in the Action column. Turn it on to grant asset management permissions — that Dispatcher can then add and edit your trucks, trailers, and drivers on your behalf. Turn it off to revoke. You are the only one who can flip this; the Dispatcher cannot grant it to themselves. If a Dispatcher created your account for you, this permission starts ON by default — review it here and switch it off if you prefer not to grant access.

Pause or resume a connection

Disable (not_interested icon) pauses new orders from that Dispatcher without deleting the relationship. Reactivate (refresh icon) resumes it. Orders already in progress are unaffected.
