Accept your invite and sign in
Your Carrier created your account. Finish registration at the link they send you, then sign in.
See your assigned orders
Your dashboard and trip list show every order assigned to you, with current status and pickup/delivery details.
Advance the delivery status
You are the only person who can mark Transit→Delivered. Advance status at each milestone: Scheduled→PickingUp when you head out, PickingUp→Transit when freight is loaded, Transit→Delivered when you complete the drop.
Add notes
Use the Notes field on the order detail to communicate issues — delayed pickup, access problems, or receiver instructions. Notes are visible to all parties.
Check your upcoming schedule
My Schedule shows your assigned pickups and deliveries on a calendar. Use it to see what is coming up and plan your day without browsing the full order list.
