1 Request a connection

Click the Subscribe button (person_add) and enter the Carrier's or Admin's email. Status: Pending → Awaiting Response → Active. Once Active, their trucks and drivers appear in your order form.

Request a connection

Click the Subscribe button (person_add icon) and enter the Carrier's or Admin's email address. The subscription status shows Pending → Awaiting Response until they accept. Once Active, their trucks and drivers appear in your order assignment form.

Create an Admin or Carrier account from scratch (Dispatcher only)

Click Create Admin/Carrier (group_add icon). Enter Email, Full Name, and Role (Broker Agent (Admin) or Carrier). eTrucky creates an unclaimed account and immediately activates a subscription — no approval step is required. Share the registration link; when they register with that exact email they claim the account.

Manage a Carrier's fleet directly — asset management permission

Two ways a Dispatcher gets asset-management permission, with OPPOSITE defaults: If you created the Carrier from scratch (see above): permission is ON by default (canManageAssets = true). You can manage their fleet immediately — the inventory button next to that Carrier is active the moment the subscription exists. The Carrier can revoke it later from their My Network toggle. If you sent an ordinary subscription request: permission is OFF by default (canManageAssets = false). The inventory button is disabled until the Carrier flips their "Grant asset management permissions" toggle for you. In short: created Carrier → you start with the keys; requested Carrier → you wait for the keys.

Broker contacts

Click Add Broker Contact (contact_phone icon) to store a broker's contact details for your records. This is not a subscription — it does not connect you to a Carrier's fleet.
