My Network & Subscriptions

Connect with Carriers and Admins through subscription requests, manage your network, and control who can assign loads to your fleet. Drivers do not have a My Network page — this guide is for Dispatchers, Carriers, and Admins only.

Navigate to My Network from your dashboard sidebar. You will see your subscribed Carriers and Broker Contacts, a "Subscribe" button to request new connections, and — if you are a Dispatcher — a "Create Admin/Carrier" button to provision new accounts from scratch.

Overview

In eTrucky, Dispatchers must establish a subscription (connection) with a Carrier or Admin before they can assign that Carrier's trucks and drivers to orders. Subscriptions are bilateral — both parties must agree. The My Network section is where you manage all your connections.

Sending a subscription request

As a Dispatcher, navigate to My Network and click "Request Connection." Enter the email address of the Carrier or Admin you want to connect with. They will receive a notification and can accept, reject, or leave the request pending. Once accepted, their trucks and drivers become available in your order creation form.

Accepting or rejecting requests

As a Carrier or Admin, incoming connection requests appear in your My Network section. Review the requesting Dispatcher's profile and choose Accept or Reject. Accepted connections can be disabled at any time if you no longer want to receive loads from that Dispatcher.

Managing active connections

Active connections appear in your network list with their current status. You can disable a connection to pause new orders from that party without permanently removing the relationship. Re-enable it when you want to resume. Disabled connections do not affect orders already in progress.

Connection statuses

Each connection in your network has one of four statuses: Pending (request sent, not yet responded), Active (connected, loads can be assigned), Rejected (request declined), or Disabled (connection paused). You can request a new connection with a party whose previous request was rejected.

Carrier-asset management under granted permission

When you are a Dispatcher with an active Carrier subscription, the Carrier can grant you direct access to manage their fleet — trucks, trailers, and drivers — from your own account. The Carrier grants this permission using the asset management toggle on their My Network page; you cannot self-grant it. Once granted, an inventory button (the stacked-boxes icon) appears next to that Carrier in your My Network subscriptions list. Clicking it takes you directly to the Carrier's asset management screen, where you can add, edit, and remove trucks and trailers on their behalf. The permission is per-subscription and can be revoked by the Carrier at any time.

Creating a new Admin or Carrier account from scratch

Dispatchers can create brand-new Admin (Broker Agent) or Carrier accounts directly from the My Network page using the "Create Admin/Carrier" button. You provide the new user's email, full name, and role (Broker Agent (Admin) or Carrier). eTrucky creates an unclaimed account and immediately establishes an active subscription between you and the new account — no approval step required. The new user receives an invitation; they complete registration by visiting /auth/register with the email you provided. Once they claim their account, it upgrades from unclaimed to a fully active account. For created Carriers, asset management permission defaults to on — the Carrier can revoke it after claiming their account via the asset management toggle on their My Network page.
