1 Open the Admin Dashboard

Navigate to /admin/dashboard from the top navigation. The Admin Dashboard shows three views: Table (all orders with status filters for Broker and Dispatcher), Analytics (order counts, payment breakdowns, dispatcher profit chart), and Payments (payment report generator). Use the Table view to find orders that need your billing-gate actions.

Overview

Admins are the platform gatekeepers. They verify new user accounts before those users can operate, manage broker accounts for their organization, and control the two most critical points in the payment lifecycle: confirming a delivery (Delivered → WaitingRC) and finalizing payment (ReadyToPay → Paid). No order can complete billing without Admin action at these two milestones.

Verifying new users

New Dispatchers and Carriers who register on eTrucky complete Cognito email verification automatically during sign-up. Account access and suspension are managed at the platform level — if a user reports they cannot access their account, contact platform support. The Admin dashboard at /admin/dashboard provides full order management, analytics, and billing oversight but does not include a user verification queue.

Managing broker accounts

Admins can create and manage broker accounts from the Admin Dashboard. A broker account stores a brokerage or shipper name used to tag orders and filter analytics. When creating an order, the Dispatcher selects a broker from the list you manage. Use the Brokers management panel accessible from the Admin Dashboard to add, rename, or deactivate broker accounts.

Confirming deliveries (WaitingRC)

When a driver marks an order as Delivered, the Admin must confirm the delivery before billing can proceed. Open the order and click "Confirm Delivery" (Delivered → WaitingRC). This is an Admin-only action. It signals to the Carrier that they can now upload the Rate Confirmation and approve the rate.

Finalizing payment (ReadyToPay → Paid)

After the Carrier confirms the rate (advancing the order to ReadyToPay), the Admin reviews the order and finalizes payment by clicking "Mark as Paid." This is the terminal action in the order lifecycle and represents Admin confirmation that payment has been issued to all parties. No automatic payment transfer occurs — eTrucky provides payment reports; actual fund transfers happen in your accounting system.
